Land Sales Application Approval Depends on SKPD Needs

City Administration does not approved all land sales application proposed by residents. This is because depend on Regional Working Unit (SKPD) needs.

If it does not meet any requirement there will be no further purchase process

“All land sales application are waiting list,” said Heru Budi Hartono, Head of Jakarta Asset and Financial Management Body (BPKAD), Wednesday (10/28).

According to him, the priority scale will be applied depending on the SKPD needs. “SKPD will conduct field observation in case needs any land. The considerations is whether land location is strategic or not. If it does not meet any requirement there will be no further purchase process,” he uttered.

Hartono acknowledged the process will take time. As concerning his side have to check land legality beforehand.

“SKPD will process land deals proposed application by first checking land certificate validity to National Land Agency (BPN),” he expressed.

On the other hands, City Administration have quite high of land needs to add more green space (RTH), road, flat and RPTRA. While the opposite thing is the availability of vacant land in Jakarta is lacking. Thus that’s why City Administration allow residents to propose their land to government.
